Crispy Black Bean Fritters with Creamy Cilantro Dipping Sauce
Another wonderful recipe came boping through my FB news feed, and I thought I'd pass it along...
http://www.miasdomain.com/2011/12/crispy...reamy.html When I made these I changed it slightly and made it with half black beans and half sweet corn (so 1 1/2 cup each), as well as adding 1 c. of no-wheat flour. Next go 'round I think I will put a touch of cayenne to give them a little zip! These are really yummy, I could see someone having them as a vegi-ta-narian main course! Do yourself a favor and give them a try! "This is a standard queen outfit, then?" |
