Hey! Guess what?
I'm allergic to eggs!
Isn't that great?
Yeah...no...not really...
Honestly, if they are mixed into a recipe like cake or cookies I don't worry about them too much, but no more scrambled eggs or quiche for me.
Aaannnnnddddd no more Deviled Eggs...but that wasn't much of a loss since I don't like Deviled Eggs.Big Grin

That's so sad about being allergic to eggs, but
I have a little suggestion about the presentation of the cucumbers.
Instead of cutting them lengthwise and scooping out the seeds, cut them
into 1 inch slices and scoop out the seeds with a melon baller. Then fill as you would deviled eggs. It makes it much easier to pick them up.

This sounds delish! Hubby made cucumber cups like Nettie suggested and filled them with gazpacho. Yum!

If I'd known you were French, I'd have worn galoshes...
