Rose Hip Cordial Recipes
I have been noticing that there seems to be a bumper crop of wild rose hips this year.
I have always been fascinated with this underused resource and decided to look for ways to use them.
My research has found a recipe for Rose Hip Cordial...has anyone made any before?
If so, does this look like a good recipe?
Its too simple for words, if I had known it was this easy I would have tried to make some a long time ago!

I like the idea of a vitamin C boost, but this recipe sounds uber syrupy-sweet!
I know, I know..."cordial." Still, a wee bit rich for meee taste...

Blah blah blah....yada yada yada!

Hmm sounds interesting. I did try my hand at a cherry cordial. It's fairly sweet, but deadly strong on the libation part.

BG, I don't know why you couldn't reduce the sugar if you want.
The brandy would act as the preservative, so if you want to try it I'd quarter the sugar and add it 1/4 c a day till you like what you taste.
