Heart Crispy Kale Chips
This is a Food Network recipe that we had at our house while watching the Golden Globes last night.

1 Head Kale, washed and thoroughly dried
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
Sea salt

Preheat the oven to 275 Degrees Fahrenheit.

Remove the ribs from the kale and cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces. Lay pieces on a baking sheet and toss with olive oil and salt. Bake until crisp, turning the leaves halfway through, about 20 minutes. Serve as finger food.

RE: Crispy Kale Chips
Zen, they sound pretty good. Now I just need to find some in Montreal. How were they? Is it worth doing them, I have had them before but these were actually deep fried.

They were surprisingly good. I even made a batch for my mother, even though she usually dislikes vegetables. She swears that her gums are healing from the nutrients. Whether said nutrients are from the kale or the oil, though, I'm not sure. Could be both.
