The recipe was good and I used "regular" salmon. My local grocer just got in Copper River Sockeye Salmon so I will make that this weekend.

44 on September 2. Some people say it's "still so young" but it's the oldest I've ever been. I'm staring down the barrel of 50, but as my grandmother says..."It beats the alternative!"

I vote for 44 still being young! I'm going to be 42 this year, and I am not ready to be considered old (despite what my kids think).

You're not "staring down the barrel of 50" at 44 or 42, try 49!
