That will teach me to read the whole post I've got to get used to this new board.
The recipe was good and I used "regular" salmon. My local grocer just got in Copper River Sockeye Salmon so I will make that this weekend.

I vote for 44 still being young! I'm going to be 42 this year, and I am not ready to be considered old (despite what my kids think).

I vote for 44 still being young! I'm going to be 42 this year, and I am not ready to be considered old (despite what my kids think).

You're not "staring down the barrel of 50" at 44 or 42, try 49!
