The Vintage Press...Visalia, CA
I've been thoroughly enjoying this fine establishment for over 30yrs. And it is still, in my opinion, the very best dining experience in the entire San Joaquin Valley. Hands down...bar none. I once commented to the owner how much I enjoyed his crispy veal sweetbreads in port/jalapeno sauce. He promptly took me into the kitchen and showed me exactly how to prepare it. How's that for service?

Roast baby pumpkin with smoked chicken/Jarlsberg and lemon butter sauce...

If you're in the area and want to treat yourself to an outstanding meal, I can think of no better place.
