Recommended book-Charred and Scruffed
Charred and Scruffed by Adam Perry Lang is an excellent book on grilling. Lang introduces some effective techniques that go a little against tradition and bring great flavors and textures to grilled meats.
He emphasises the importance of building a crust to bring out flavor and seal in moisture. I've had some very good results.
