Halloumi Cheese
Since I got so many responses to my "Mexican Cheeses" Thread (LOL), I thought I would continue prattling on about different cheeses. This time it is the Greek cheese called Halloumi. Because of its dense texture and high melting point, it is generally fried in Greek and Middle Eastern cooking. The darn stuff is delicious.

I'd love to hear how you all use it. (And if you don't know about it i encourage you to trundle on down to the nearest groovy store and slam down your ducats for a package.)

I simply fry it up in some butter (use a high heat and get it to the point where it is browned slightly). Then, slap it between some good bread. FANTASTIC!
