RE: What's for dinner, honey?
Thanks Nettie.Smile Good to hear from you again...

Hopefully I've found a 3rd party hosting site that:
-is sufficiently obscure enough to not fall prey to photobucket syndrome
-is reliable enough to implement with confidence
-doesn't make an absolute mockery of my personal right to some semblance of anonymity

Now then, as soon as I'm back in the kitchen I'll start posting in this thread again. Comfort food time is right around the corner.Cool

Ive been a big fan of chef Roy Yamaguchi's creations and visit his establishment at Spanish Bay as often as possible. Among other plates, I just love his seared ahi app. Here is the recipe--->. https://www.google.com/amp/www.epicuriou...04541/amp. It's spot on.Smile

RE: What's for dinner, honey?
Had a lovely (albeit short) visit w/fellow BnG Peeps 2Beers & Fireman this weekend! What's a meet-up w/out copious amounts of grilled goodness?? Not many pics, but we enjoyed steak, brats, Shawarma chicken, pork medallions w/plum, zuccini/squash, "creek fries" (sliced taters 'n' onions w/bacon cooked off in foil packets,) and other nommy niblets (including venison summer sausage and super fresh squeaky cheese curds from Team 2Beers' native state of Wisconsin).

All this would never have been possible if not for this forum...our friendship was forged by our mutual appreciation for a variety of topics discussed here, and almost six years later we continue to enjoy each other's company (along w/many other Peeps here)!

Blah blah blah....yada yada yada!
