Had this with dinner last night and loved it. Does anyone know anything about it?

My sister just left for Italy this morning. I'll have to send her a text about this one!

Obviously, she'll have her pick of the "cream of the crop" while she's over there. But where does one start? Sounds like a good place to start right where you're talking about!
