Typical weekday breakfast for me is either a protein shake, slice of wheat toast with natural PB w/ glass of milk, or more times than I care for a sausage burrito from McD's with a low-carb Monster. On the weekend, I'm usually running out the door to get to training, so it's a banana and a slice of toast.
