RE: Great Reads
KBB - Thanks for that, I have the six books on order........Not sure about romance with a Bear, but see how it plays out.....

She looked at me and rolled those big brown eyes and said, "Oh, I would do it all for you, `cos you`re a Rocker"

I read it when it first came out -- heavens, that dates me! -- and I suspect Mrs. NWo might enjoy it more than you. Cool

Sayin'?

If you want a good read that is fun: I recommend "Cosmic Banditos " by A.C Weisbecker- I found it fun and interesting. I am midstream G. R. and went through Masked Rider and Roadshow so fast I am going to have to go back and read them so I can savor them more. Still have Travelling Music untouched on my nightstand waiting for me.

Traveling Music: ah, the one that took me 2 tries to get through. I tried to read it right after I finished my thesis(the year it was published), and couldn't get into it. 5 years later I picked up again and enjoyed it. I hope you like it too! It's a bit different from the rest of Neil's books though.
Thanks Nettiesaur- I will keep that in mind. Have some healing of my own to do right now so G.R. is helpful for me and very therapeutic. Masked Rider and Roadshow are flippen masterful! I was just roaring last nite in G.R. because of the squirrels. I needed that. Can I read your thesis? Will you share? - Just curious.

Oh, that um. It was on my other computer, and the hard drive went, and so did my file. I have a hard copy...but it's not on Traveling Music. It's on how hunger affects children in the classroom.

The Groundhog lied.

RE: Great Reads
Sharp by David Fitzpatrick. A stark, honest memoir about a man who finds relief in cutting himself, his decades long struggle and recovery. Well written. Not my cup of tea, but you have to broaden yourself in my biz.

Clockwork Angels by Kevin J. Anderson, based on lyrics by some polka playin' guy. This is a very well written expansion of the album concept with additional artwork by Hugh Syme. A winner in this box!
