My parents had radios all over the house. When one of us 6 kids heard a good song, we'd tune all of the radios in the house to it. I swear my Mom went deaf from hearing Closer to the Heart Blasted a bazillion times, and the Immigrant song from Led Zepplin.
She loved John Denver, Perry Como, Frankie Valli. My Dad liked the Kingston Trio, Johnny Cash and a lot of bluegrass artists. They let us listen to whatever we wanted, and sometimes liked what we chose.
