Ok, not sure if you folks remember, but back in July I'd posted where my friend was going to take us on his boat to the lake/lagoon that The Gorge (last show/last tour) was on so we could at least hear some Canadian Folk Trio music as we were tight on cash, and at the last minute he cancelled because his buddy at the local rock station scored him VIP backstage meet/greet passes, and he took his girlfriend instead of me?...'Member?!
Well now, the local rock station was having a contest for a trip to Vegas at The Hard Rock to do a meet n' greet with Motley Crue, get an autographed guitar, their entire music library and get to ride with Tommy Lee on his 360 degree kit while he's doing his solo during the show. Sounds fun, huh?! Well guess who "somehow" won the contest and just had to call me up and tell me, knowing good and well I'm a drummer, that he had "won" and is taking his girlfriend?! Some guys have all the luck! Damnit!:dodgy:By the way, if you look real close at my avatar, he's the big goofy lug hovering around behind me!
