There are a couple of nice sets of B8 Pro's on eBay. Used, but quite nice. Leedy-Ludwig? How cool! I have a L-L vibraphone. "I don't cook; I prepare things." My late brother Bill |

RE: Drumming
Does anyone know if you can get away with a drum kit tailgating before a concert? I had a vision of gio and I trading off when the tour buses pull up at jones beach. I know that would put a crooked grin on someone's face.

I'm inclined to believe that the parking lot isn't open when the tour buses arrive at the crack of dawn, and a certain someone certainly wouldn't be on one until much later. That certain someone would be in need of a nap when they arrive, and dueling drum kits might incur wrath rather than a crooked grin.

RE: Drumming
Very good point Nettie! I waved last time to the buses as they pulled up-that's probably a better tribute than drumming. Unfortunately I won't have the traditional bottle of the Macallan to present this year.

Well, l don't know if that certain someone would see you and Gio tearing up the skins, but l guarantee you would entertain the people walking in. Also...who knows, if you set up out of the way of traffic (foot and vehicular), the band may have a smile on their faces.
