Riding the Ozarks......

Well... Summer is almost over and the extreame heat of over a 100 degrees...... I rode in the evenings for a while but is about time to plan some good weekend rides, what I got in mind is to visit the Ozarks Mountains because they are relatively close to Dallas. I found a brocheure about the roads in the Ozarks Mountains and now I want to go there badly.
Can i get advice from those out there that already rode those roads????
