Maybe that's what was served at the Yalta Conference! Churchill, Stalin & FDR seemed to look like they were getting along in those pics! It was due to Scotch and pie! Being "a little off" is good. Normal people scare me

RE: You KNOW that Bubba's on here...
Yes, we are indeed expressive individuals with no concern about being real or phony for anyone's sake. I admit I'm aware of the fact that IF Bubba might decide to drop by, he'd first... be secret about it. So NOT knowing IF that's the case I try to be myself in a way that wouldn't make him think I might be a Jerk. A dork, dweeb, twit, geek maybe...but not a Jerk.
Besides, if I really were trying too hard to be something (besides not being a Jerk) that I'm not, then I would have surely proof read my threads and noticed my despicable errors and typos! On the topic of Caprielle coming back from Nicaragua, I can really say that it affected her in a positive way. It was a blessing for all involved in the trip. On the topic of Gio "Feet" (read drumming thread), he doesn't even realize the impact of last Sunday's wedding. He's still talking about it. I surely haven't recovered yet! On the topic of "Cooking with The Macallan.... I tend to think it would be great to flambé it with Fillet Mignon in a butter blackberry reduction, after of course MARINATING it in The Macallan for 24 hours prior to grill searing until cooked medium slightly rare. It needs to be served with an arugula salad in lemon vinegarette with slithers of the finest cheese compliment, according to personal palette, followed by The Macallan and later a Sazerac. It must be served outside on a quiet night when natures scent fills the air with the slight breeze brushing against you gently with culinary reverence. "Wish I didn't know now what I didn't know then." "Try to catch the deluge in a paper cup." "Every new beginning comes from some other beginning's end." |

Gosh, Vincent... can I come over for dinner that night?
![]() BTW, My Hubby sat down with a Macallan and a bit of chocolate last night. He thinks they go together very well. Me, I like either one straight up

I can't be as "off" when I'm on mom duty, so this place is nice and fun
