I seem to scare the dickens out of myself on a regular basis. I want to live by experiencing the best life has to offer but I prefer to not die from it.
I decided that tonight is a great night to take a walk with my daughter, appreciate the time we have together, talk about her weekend, and get some cardio going. One week to go until "mid-winter recess!" I can't wait. No plans. A little playtime, a little organizing, maybe paint a room (or not-see how I feel; lately I have aches and pains in my elbows, knee, neck and back-I'm certain painting wouldn't help).
