I live in Calgary, and we first played them at what is now CJSW, the University of Calgary radio station, back, ah, well y'all know the math.

As an alumna, I could have wangled my way in, but WTF was I supposed to do then? Not sure if they all showed up, and even if they did, do I take in a bottle of Macallan, scurry up to Bubba, and say something I think is really profound but which is totally gibberish? C'mon!

(So OK, yeah, I thought about it, but....) :-)
