I thought almonds would be better in desserts, or hazelnuts. Before I became allergic, I had the best hazelnut souffle on a cruise...yum!

Soynuts and roasted soy butter are nice substitutes for those real nuts that give me problems(like um peanuts!)
Hence, I'm a soynut ,by default.

Yes, however, cashews are softer, more curvy, and their salty taste goes great on my ice cream.

But - what do I know, sometimes you feel like a nut and sometimes you dont!
