RE: Breads
Quick & Easy Beer Bread

2 1/2 Cups Flour
3 TBSP Sugar
1 TBSP Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 tsp. Salt
1 12oz Beer
4 oz melted Butter( set aside)

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Grease a bread pan and set aside.
In a bowl place the first 5 ingredients and stir to sift/mix them well. Then pour in the beer and mix until just incorporated. Spread the dough into the bread pan and bake for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes remove from the oven and pour the melted butter over the top of the bread and re-bake for another 10-15 minutes.(It may take more or less time to bake.) Allow the loaf to rest for 20 minutes then turn it out slice and enjoy.
