RE: Pico De Gallo
3 large, firm tomatoes, chopped (set them in a strainer to get rid of the juices
2 cans kernel golden corn, rinsed and drained
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
2 small onions, chopped
cilantro, chopped (as much as you'd like)
ranch dressing (this is where you can decide how much liquid you'd like in it)

Good food and good health are important. Don't sacrifice taste for nutrition and if I don't leave the advertising out of my signature, I will be banned forever.

RE: Pico De Gallo
Thats a really interesting take, especially with the corn. The ranch is what makes it different, but you could run a couple different variations on that and I still think with the black beans and corn you would get a really tasty dish.

Thank you, Brutus. This is one of my favorites. I've got a bunch of homegrown jalapenos & tomatoes that need to be used anyway.
