Cheesy Green Beans

I made this last year for holiday time and it was a hit, empty casserole dish. I just got a phone call from the nephew asking please would I make the cheesy green beans for Thanksgiving.

I went to the store and couldn't remember if it was frozen or canned used, so I got both.
I'm going to try to make them with the frozen variety and bake in the oven.

You know, I have tried both canned and frozen green beans, and I prefer the canned.
I know its going to sound funny but I think it has something to do with the liquid the beans are canned in, in comparison it gives the beans a little bit of tang or saltiness.

Anyway, I prefer canned.

When I first read this thread title I thought it read "Cheesy Green Bays".......sorry, have the undefeated Green Bay Packers on the brain! Ha!
