Homemade Bailey's Irish Cream Anyone?
Every Christmas season I have a tradition of making litres and litres of Bailey's Irish Cream. Family and friends love this as a gift and it is less money to make at home than purchase. Plus it's really easy and fast too!

3 Large Eggs
1 Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 1/2 Cups of table cream or half & half cream (For the waistline.)
2 Cups of Rye Whiskey
1 1/4 tsp. of Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 tsp. of Chocolate Syrup

Put all ingredients in a large blender or in a mixing bowl/electric beater and mix thoroughly. Use a funnel to pour Irish Cream into empty sterilized bottles.

Store in a refrigerator at all times. Let it sit for a few hours or a full day before using if possible. Shake well before pouring. It will last as long as the table cream expiry date on the carton says. Awesome addition to the Christmas morning coffee... gets you in the spirit first thing if you know what I mean!

OK maybe I'm the one with the dirty mind. Rolleyes

Checking back here it occurred to me that I should have put this under the other thread about beer, wines, cocktails etc. My apologies for possibly putting this in the wrong spot.

Cheers!
