RE: Best tea?
Hubby just bought me a tetsubin or Japanese cast iron tea pot. Just now trying it out with green tea, of course. I will let you know what I think.

I have wanted one of those for a long time, but we are so on the go we dont always have time for that. Those are nice just to keep the water at a nice constant temp too.

RE: Best tea?
Just ordered me some more tea. Tropical green tea sounds so good right now. Now just to have some sun and warm weather would be nice.

RE: Best tea?
My next door neighbor is from Ireland and she's married to a Texan (there's a joke there somewhere). She makes me Irish tea. I'd never had milk in tea before. She told me it wasn't "proper" any other way. I also like chocolate Chai tea, but it's hard to find.

If I'd known you were French, I'd have worn galoshes...

RE: Best tea?
An Irish Texan....well, if it floats your boat have at it!

I have heard the same milk story - tried it once...wasn't my cup of tea. Prefer honey...more natural and sweet like my wife. I'll have to look but I thought for sure I saw some chocolate chai like at Target, but I could be wrong. I normally like a cup or two of Moroccan Mint tea during the afternoon, and a cup of Spice Chai or Cardimon Cinnamon tea. Sometimes I take the used spice chai tea bags and put them in my morning coffee. Adds a pleasant spicy taste to the morning cup.

RE: Best tea?
Celestial Seasonings makes a Chocolate Caramel Chai. It doesn't have a big caramel taste...nicely balanced.
