RE: Superbowl Party/Wing Sauce Recipe
With the Superbowl quickly approaching I thought I would share a good hot sauce recipe I created nearly 20 years ago. This recipe is for about 40-50 wings and can be easily modified to make it hotter or milder. As is it's medium.

Melt 6 tablespoons real butter in a medium pan
Add 1 1/2 cup of packed light brown sugar
Add 4 tablespoons of white sugar
Add 1 1/4 cup of your favorite hot sauce (I like Texas Pete)
Add 2 tablespoons of white vinegar
Heat on medium heat until brown sugar has thoroughly mixed.
Pour over your wings and enjoy!

Add more butter to make more mild. Add more hot sauce to make hotter.

RE: Superbowl Party
I loved the Superbowl 50 outcome, Broncos 24 Panthers 10 I am not the football fanatic that I used to be, but it was exciting! I was born near New Orleans, so I love Peyton Manning and the Manning family. Archie Manning was quarterback of the Saints in the 80's and they never had a winning season, so I am happy for them Smile

Trying to save the day for the Old World Man!
