Hey Scythe, you and RenMan aren't getting smoked-out by those wildfires over your way are ya'?! We had a couple of 'small' ones pop up here over the weekend, but nothing like what's going on over there!
Anyone else suffering from fire, drought, or anything other than a dead lawn this summer?!...it's been crazy here, 6 weeks of upper 90's and no measurable rain for over 2 months! "Rollin' numbers, rock-n-rollin', got my Kiss records out!" |

We had a really nice break the past few days. Had some rain yesterday. Still dry as a bone. Hot today

But it's might dry here: been in the 90s all week and everything has dried out. All it takes is some asshat throwing a cigarette out their window....

We're all praying for rain here. The fires are kicking up again. It's so dry that even sparks from target shooting are starting tremendous fires. It was SO smoky today (how smoky was it?) that we couldn't even see the mountain and they are less than 2 miles away!!!
