Hey, anyone here tried absinthe? I heard talk of this when some fellows I know were discussing Ernest Hemingway. (That makes them sound highbrow. Nothing could be further from the truth.)

Is it even available in the US and Canada?

Yes. (Canada, anyway) Foul elixir... I don't like licorice. Also has the tendency to make a normally passive individual into a blathering lunatic. Howling at the moon - chasing cars - marrying your cousin... stuff like that.

I am afraid I need more details than that.....I already do those things stone cold sober.....well, except for marrying my cousin. Thats not really possible anyway.....
