 Chopes Bar 'n' Cafe, La Mesa, New Mexico
Eating at Chope's Bar 'n' Cafe may be the thing I miss most about living in Texas. Lying between El Paso and Las Cruces it's not just about the food, it's also all about the "getting there"! I'll be posting a day's outing in the "Road Trip" forum. Spectacular sites along the way!

I don't need a receipt for the doughnut. I give you money and you give me the doughnut, end of transaction. We don't need to bring ink and paper into this. I can't imagine a scenario that I would have to prove that I bought a doughnut. To some skeptical friend, 'Don't even act like I didn't get that doughnut, I've got the documentation right here... It's in my file at home. ...Under "D".' |

way to go Brutus, I use to live in el paso and never hear about Chopes Bar 'n' cafe, looking forward for that posting......mm I,m getting hungry......what's for dinner????
