Vanilla, Mom to be isn't supposed to have chocolate. I made it fresh yesterday morning, and got many compliments.

Have you ever tried working with fondant? I've always wanted to try - I figure it can't be too different from working with clay.

I haven't done too much with that. Most of the time people prefer buttercream, or a couple of my mother's frosting recipes.
I know the Mom to be has made fondant icing though. She has a knack for decorating cakes too.
