Chocolate Eclair Pie- SUPER EASY and NO BAKING

This is my moms recipe and it's so easy that I can do it! hah!
All you need is
-a box or two of Honey Maid graham crackers (depending on how big the pan is)
-A tub of cool whip
-JELLO Vanilla instant pudding
-Chocolate frosting of your choice

All you do is, layer the bottom of the pan with graham crackers so it's covered completely, mix the vanilla pudding and Cool Whip well then pour into the pan on top of the graham crackers, then layer it again with graham crackers! Repeat this process until you're out of graham crackers or until your pan is full. Once you have your final layer of graham crackers on top, frost it with your chocolate icing and you're done! I recommend refrigerating it for a few hours or a day just as it tastes a little bit better cold in my opinion. Just cut slices out like cake and enjoy!

Drummergirl.....nice easy method. I have the same one from my Grandma, but...you make homemade vanilla pudding and frost with a homemade chocolate frosting. Yours...easy-peasy done!

We made this last night and it came out awesome! I did find microwaving the frosting for a short period of time (10-15 seconds) helped make it easier to spread. The tough part is waiting for it to cool down in the fridge before enjoying it!

I also made this last night! Turned out great and super easy. I actually microwaved the frosting for longer....maybe 45 sec or so. Poured it over the cake and it covered the whole thing like a nice glaze! Thank you for the recipe!
