RE: June Update
Loved this month's update! When we visited the UK in August of '09, we spent a couple of days in the N. Yorkshire Moors area in a small town called Pickering. We rode the steam train through the moors (you can see the tracks behind Bubba in the second picture in the report). We fell in love with the area. Well heck, we fell in love with the whole country. And Scotland. And Ireland. And Wales. We spent 3 weeks there and can't wait to return someday for much longer.
London is... amazing. I can understand why Brutus is grinning so big.
... in a world where I feel so small I can't stop thinking big! |

RE: June Update
What would one whisper to a cow?
"Guess where these leathers came from?" A party without cake is really just a meeting |

RE: June Update
Aside from the cow issue, the update did have some beautiful pics of the European countryside. I still hope to spend some time over there, seeing the sights, looking for relatives in Scotland etc.

RE: June Update
Heh heh, he said "Wetwang" *snigger*...
Good job they didn`t ride through Wyre Piddle (to the East of here) or Little Hampton......... For those in the US a "Hampton" is a UK slang word for one`s penis........part of Cockney rhyming slang for another place called Hampton Wick...... I worked for a firm which imported toys from the US - In Pennsylvania there was a large wooden outdoor toy manufacturer called Creative Playthings, and they sold us a large climbing frame called The Hampton........how we laughed.......had to change the name to Chesapeake. She looked at me and rolled those big brown eyes and said, "Oh, I would do it all for you, `cos you`re a Rocker" |

RE: June Update
I'm starting to think Ol' Bubba is using his thesaurus a little too much. First its "fornicate"....now we get blasted with "Wetwang" (chortle!). I was wondering if NW would bring out the "Hampton" phrase though - good onya!
Whats next Bubba? Bring it on I can take it. For You Steve & Monica - Your Love will forever shine on in our hearts!!!
