My brother was an Abrams driver back before the first Gulf War. Only he had to go to Germany whilst his buddies went to the sandbox. Told me some stories about it. Not sure if theyre all true but pretty funny hearing him talk about how they wash those Abrams in a pit - with the driver still in it and the hatch closed.
