Hello From Kelowna
First of all - Thank you for welcoming me into your forum. I must admit that I have been lurking on here as a guest for 2 or 3 days now. In reading some of the threads it looks like everybody on this forum is very nice and down to earth with lots of information to share.

My main reason in joining is to learn and pick up as much as I can about cooking. My wife's shifts at work have changed, putting me into the role of being the main meal provider around here. I have to admit that I am pretty much at the stage where Bubba was about 15 years ago as far as my culinary experience but am willing to learn. It's funny that after all these years of fumbling around in the kitchen and now actually doing a little more of the meal preparation, I actually enjoy it..

Anyhow, before I start rambling and everybody get's bored of me already, I should go - Thank you again for accepting me into your group..

Stephen From Kelowna

P.S. - Was at the Rush show in Vancouver a couple of weeks back
(The guy's are still unbelievably awesome) Pretty sure I saw you
there Brutus taking care of everything bikewise...

RE: Hello From Kelowna
Welcome Stephen! There are plenty of recipes around here to try as well as lively conversation. As far as "down to earth", well, I think we're still working on that, LOL!

A party without cake is really just a meeting

RE: Hello From Kelowna
Welcome, Stephen. Used to know some people in your area, specifically Oliver and Penticton. Had some great times there.

Winners visualize the results of success and live in abundance.
