Binghamton to Tupper Lake, NY, via Hwy 30
Just returned from a short motorcycle excursion with a buddy through parts of the Catskills and Adirondacks.
Every motorcycle rider must experience Highway 30 from Binghamton to Tupper Lake. About a 6 hour ride, challenging but not overly so. I'm going to try and link a Google Maps link so I hope it works properly. Map from Binghamton to Tupper Lake Losers visualize the results of failure and live in fear. Winners visualize the results of success and live in abundance. - me |

RE: Binghamton to Tupper Lake, NY, via Hwy 30
We were in that area 10-ish or so yrs ago for a wedding. Stayed in Sidney (and took lots of pics of my hubby in front of Sidney signs, because....that's his name!), then snaked our way down NY8 to Deposit for the festivities. The bridal party was staying in a Victorian cottage on one of those lakes in the area, water sooo clear you could see all the way to the bottom of the lake - gorgeous!
Blah blah blah....yada yada yada! |

That is cool. Back in the '70's I lived in alittle town called Mt.Upton at the jct. of Hwy 8 and cty. rd 37. Thats really nice country up there. My parents were both born and raised in that area. I bet it was a really nice ride.
Currently pursuing individuality. |
