Saving ya'll a google.... • 1/4 cup thyme leaves • 1/4 cup savory leaves • 3 tablespoons basil leaves • 2 tablespoons crushed bay leaves • 2 tablespoons crushed rosemary leaves • 1 tablespoon crushed lavender flowers Use it to season lamb or poultry, in a honey glaze for pork or roasted turkey, and with roasted onions, garlic, and other root vegetables. Use well-dried, organic herbs. ... in a world where I feel so small I can't stop thinking big! |

I got hooked on herbs de provence when touring that part of France. And as SM mentioned, flavoured butters rock: try using all the herbs in HdP fresh, chopped and mixed into butter! Wish more things overwintered here: the mints are great, but rosemary and bay just pack it in.... ---- I'm not one to believe in magic, but I sometimes have a second-sight.... |
