Tongue Boeringers' in Adamstown, PA
Very old-timey and quaint roadside burger/ice cream stand on Rte 272 near the Lancaster/Berks county border. I believe it's been around since the 40's. Home-made ice cream in about 20 flavors. The best shakes I've had in the tri-county area. The burgers and fries are very tasty as well. It's the only place I know of where you get half-dollar coins as change. Place is packed on the weekends, and is only open mid-March to Sept. 11. A definite roadside gem.[/font]

Is this the place? Love the sign art. Totally retro.
