Those games do look interesting, never knew there was anything like that. Seems like everyone is only into the most popular sports, football, etc. Nice to know there is something different out there, and good to see you supporting it by attending.

I used to perform in Medieval reenactment, my area of fun was swordfighting, but l quit as it became too much of a hassle and no longer fun. This will be interesting going without working one.

For several years there was a Celtic Highland festival/games held on a farm in the wee town where my hubby grew up. Crazy to see all these beefy men in skirts tossin' cabers and luggin' ginormous stones. In the middle of farkin' nowhere. They had a contest that anyone could enter, basically carrying two telephone poles w/handles from one point to another then back again. Hubby & BIL both attempted, both epic fails.

Lookin' forward to seeing pics. And you in a kilt...!
