I switched to Sea Salt in a grinder this year. I much prefer it to table salt for cooking and taste.

I use the fine grain salt (table) when I bake, kosher when I cook and I have a sea salt grinder on the table of others to use.

You are clearly more schooled than I! I'm lazy, using only the sea salt grinder for all salting tasks.
