RE: Love Food But Need To Lose Weight
RE: VU's request we (even the gals
) get checked out. I'm the only one in my living family who hasn't had cancer of some form (knock wood). I'll be 40 in March, but I've had the whole pokey-proddy, flushy-scopey, crushy-smashy (some of you ladies know what I mean!), ultra-sound batteries of tests and I'm glad to say I'm ok, for right now. I've maintained some semblance of health in the past couple decades (cause they woulda kicked me out if I didn't) but now I'm worried that I won't be as "motivated" to stay fit. I have a lot of things I want to do...riding for weeks on end, hiking, etc...so hopefully I find the necessary motivation to keep me going! You guys, take care of yourselves! If you don't do it for yourself, do it for your family! Love and respect... Turn up the music and smile! "Adventures..." |
