RE: Love Food But Need To Lose Weight
To anyone who wants to lose weight,
So lets see how this worked out in a day on a diet: Breakfast was 2 packets of oatmeal, a Cinnamon Roll packet at 160 calories and an Apples & Cinnamon packet at 130 calories. Total = 290 This oatmeal sticks to your ribs but good. I didn’t start feeling hungry again until around 1:30 PM. Then I had for lunch a can of Campbell’s Chunky Savory Vegetable soup. This bowl of soup was pretty filling and is filled with lots of vegetabley goodness. Was 220 calories for the whole can. For dinner I had some more soup, this time a can of Campbell’s Chunky Split Pea & Ham. This soup is very filling and makes a good meal. Trust me I can get pretty hungry and this fills me up. Total calories: 340 Later I had some fruit cocktail for a snack that was 105 calories. Drinks for the day was some diet pop and water so I don’t add that in. Total calories for the day: 955 According to an online calculator for my height, weight, and age I need about 2600 calories per day to maintain my current weight. I ate 955. That is how you lose weight, simple as that. I don’t eat that exact same stuff everyday but you get the idea. Most days I try to keep the calories between 1000 and 1600, depending on what I eat. Here is an online calories per day calculator: http://www.shapefit.com/dailycalorie-calc.html Figure yours out, and eat less than that per day, and you will lose. Don’t worry so much about carbs or whole grains or other latest trend distractions, it really boils down to calories in the end. This will work without even exercising, if you exercise it works even better. I like Italian food and Italian roadsters |
