Lol...ok, ok...that was a toughy. It was from "Victor" by our dear Lerxst on his solo album. (which is quite good BTW...). The Peveril was the name of the boarding house that Victor lived in.

Good one! I own that disk, but always thought Lerxst reads the verse a bit fast for my ears to keep up with.
