RE: Calendar Contest
I had a feeling someone might pull this trick. This is why Uncle Stevie (King) won't sign anything without a personalization. I suspect that it's also why the Boys do the same with things sent to them for signing. That Bubba didn't do that told me that he trusts us. It hurts and angers me that someone betrayed his trust like this. Angry

... in a world where I feel so small I can't stop thinking big!

RE: Calendar Contest
Hi Y'all,

Yep, its me, Mrs Boomer...I haven't completely disappeared. I can't believe someone would sell their calendar. Rotten apple is too good a name for whoever did sell the calendar. Bubba was gracious enough to give us a way to meet new people and solidify friendships and someone betrays the trust by trying to make a few bucks. Its just me, but, that stinks like anchovies.

About the calender guy--It isn't just you, Mrs.B---but to my knowledge, this rat isn't part of the BnG. I'm watching the auction, and with a day left he has no takers.
Nice to hear from you and hope you're going to give Boomer a run for his money as soon as you get that bionic knee!!!

If I'd known you were French, I'd have worn galoshes...

RE: Calendar Contest
So very sad! My precious calendar is in a glassed-in cabinet where no children with sharpies can affect its beauty or significance in my life as one of the items I treasure most among my signed memorabilia. I would never even dream of selling my calendar, and hope that whoever has his/hers on Ebay gets scammed, spammed, hacked and never gets a bid!!!
