Earl D. Turtle. I like it.
No it probably would be named Raphael, Donatello, Micahaelango, or something like that from the Teenage Mutant Ninja turtle...cause they are baaaack!

The home buying process is going at the speed of a turtle.

The Groundhog lied.

RE: Our furry, feathered or finned friends
Turtle? Did somebody say "turtle"? My Mom was a desert tortoise rescuer for about 30 years. The year before she died, I took some footage of her turtles and made a little movie...

Desert Tortoises

I can't adopt them because I'm not in Nevada and it's illegal to transport an endangered species over state lines. Besides, our climate wouldn't be to their liking Undecided

RE: Our furry, feathered or finned friends
I don't know about "Friend", but I was thinking about turning in for the night and my cat went CRAZY! I heard a bunch of noise out front and found a javelina eating the buds off my cone flowers. Thank goodness my veggie garden has a fence! Javelina are mean and ugly! Even the babies!

If I'd known you were French, I'd have worn galoshes...

The excitement was unbearable! This should be a PG rating for the shear roller coaster ride that it sends the viewer on! STRAP IN! HOLD ON!
I nearly wet my pants!!! Tongue

Just kidding Scythe... If I didn't like ya - I wouldn't pick on ya... I like you a LOT!

You signed the contract - you must do my bidding

The amazing, boneless, dramatic pile of fur that appears at the top of the stairs when he wants to go for a ride and you don't want to take him.

I'd never seen the word Javelina before so I quick checked it out through Google image search.

Gunga, when you said they're butt-ugly, you weren't kidding. Obviously physical attractiveness isn't necessarily an evolutionary advantage, is it?

I'm not a firearm kind of guy, don't own one, never have and have no plans to get one. But if one of those things were sniffing around my place, I'd be itching to unload a handful of deer slugs into it.

Losers visualize the results of failure and live in fear.
Winners visualize the results of success and live in abundance.

Yeah. Turtles are a lot of things but "exciting" is surely not one of them Wink
