Took Lucy our Springer in today for Green Eye, UV something or other long story short 100 bucks for a tear sample and some saline solution. Why eye oughtta!!! You gotta love em!

I posted this on FB and thought I'd share with the grill, probably told this story fifty times already had to share, It's always nice to have a happy ending.
March 17th
Picture this, Lorna and I take Snicks and Lucy for a trip to Pigeon river (Town Corner Lake ) for a run and fun in the sun. We are sitting on top of the hill watching the dogs play. Snicks decides to walk out on the still remaining ice ( about one tenth of the lake shore has maybe fifty feet of ice from shore) Lucy follows boom they are fifty feet out broke through the ice. They are now trying to pull themselves up onto the ice and are struggling. Lorna and I run down. I drop my shoes and wallet and start to go after them around the ice. Lorna starts to crawl towards them. Snicks goes under two times, then comes back up Lucy is scratching at the ice with no luck. I get up to my stomach with ice and water and can't breathe. Meanwhile Lorna is crawling out to them reaches them and pulls Lucy out by the foot and then Snicks. Amazing she didn't go in. Forgot my phone, no pictures, scariest moment in our lives. Go Lorna you rock!

I actually don't have any pets myself. But I would like to show a picture of my parents little dog, which we hang out with a lot. His name is Corky. He's a pretty good little dog. Kind of hard to see him as he is all black, but he actually showed up best in this picture, as the flash lit him up pretty well. (This photo is from a recent Christmas, and that is my significant other, Mrs. Rey holding him by the way)
