GBC. Just the name strikes fear into the hearts of the gourmand., BUT I’ve made one that really sells at the old holiday table.
Saute some onion, garlic, and your mushrooms in half a stick of butter.

Add Trader Joe’s cream of Portobello mushroom soup, and stir in the entire package of Trader Joe’s frozen green beans.

Stir in 2/3s of the package of French fried onions.

Bake that bitch, and cover with the remaining French fried onions at the end. It’s 2 days after Christmas and it’s long gone.

I swear, that's the first time I actually laughed out loud (and got tears!) from a post! We gotta' hook up in the Spring guys! Billie makes a similar version, but I'll have to pass this one on to her this weekend since we got a Trader Joe's here now. Love da' Shrooms! (Bake Dat Bitch!...classic!)
