I told the wife that yesterday, and we agreed that the amount of money was a bit too much, so we are just gonna head up to Thunder Bay, then head back shortly after. OH well, ther's always another year to go around it.Undecided

Sorry to hear that guy!!!! I know I was planning a couple trips myself that got chopped. Know the feeling! WELL!! At least Thunder Bay is a neat trip in of itself.

Yep yep. I thoroughly am planning for Montana next year. Gonna see my brother and his family, and maybe Glacier National Park. Nothing stopping me for long.

Just a little...even though there's a 90% chance of rain for Sunday. It just means I'll have to break out the rain gear.Big Grin

I will do my darndest to, Lanix.Cool

The bags are loaded up, the Jeep is ready, kufis are washed, and the Missus is EXCITED! We get up and get ready at 4am, leave at 6am. We don"t stop till we hit 10 miles north of Grand Marais, MN where the motel we are staying at is. I have just under half a bottle of Glenlivet 16yr. old Nadurra to celebrate each successful day"s riding...the best thing is I don't have to share as the Missus HATES Scotch.Tongue Both our cameras are going with us as our Iphones, so we'll be getting lots of pictures. Sunday is our separate day where she will be seeing sigts on her own as I search out the Wilderness roads away from civilizationWink, Monday is Kakabeka(I dare any Americans to try to pronounce that correctly)Falls, and whatever other sites in the area we can find. We come home Tuesday, then it'll be time to go thru photos and such...who knows, I may even start a blog page one of these days. I guess I'm about as ready as I'm gonna be. 500+ miles in a day is well within my reach, this will be the real test of the re-upholstered seat...just wish I didn't have to super-slab it. Wish us luck, I'll try to check in if I can get a wifi signal...I can't believe I ust typed that. Till I update, peace to all of you here and on the B&G SOOPER SECRET FB GROUP.Wink
