Garlic Rosemary Potatoes
Garlic Rosemary potatoes... Melt butter in a non-stick skillet, add raw, cut potatoes, add rosemary, freshly/cracked (FC) sea salt, McCormack Garlic & Pepper and Steak Seasoning. Let sauté for a bit, fill the pan to cover potatoes halfway with water and add 1 chicken bouillon cube. Cover, but let steam escape. Let it run almost dry, repeat 2 times filling water to cover potatoes halfway. This lets the flavors mull together and seep into the softening spuds. After the 3rd water add, let it run dry to crisp the potatoes. The end result is perfect potatoes. Heat: med-lo/med. If only I had fresh garlic!!!
