Hi Nettie: If it's the picture that I'm thinking of, someone else took that one (probably Dave). I know that they went out the day after I left so that's probably when it was taken. Brutus had different colour flippers on when I went out with them.. (01-24-2012 07:17 PM)boomer Wrote: Wow - thats about the best time anybody could have with the big guy! Thank you for sharing that wonderful story - look forward to hearing a few more tales. Couldn't have done it without you Boomer - Thanks for all your help getting things to come out right. As far as the Queen goes, maybe I should go for it. I'm kind of on a roll right now, why not ride the wave as long as I can.. (01-24-2012 09:11 PM)burma.girl Wrote: Farkin' fantastic! Glad you had the opportunity for a break from reality, and I appreciate you sharing the story! That last pic is my fave...."Calling home on my shell phone..." I have no doubt, you guys would blow us out of the water. Just mentioned your proposal to Monica and she says "Bring It On". The shell phone photo is one my faves also.. Let's just say, at this point of the evening, we weren't feeling too much pain, if you know what I mean

Onebad, thanks for sharing! It looks like you and the guys had a fun/relaxing and all around great time.
Oh Burma, that sounds like a recipe for some fun in the sun.( I guess I'd better get my papers inline...I need to get a passport, but I always seem put the $$ off and use it on things needed for my Girls). If you can't play by OUR rules take your toys and go home!!

Sweet trip there Steve!...and most excellent pics! I'm not on FB, so I never got to see any of the big guys' pics from his trip up to see you and Monica. I brought up the idea of going to Cabo to Billie for our 9th about a week ago, and she said she didn't want to go!
Must have been all the talk about that Hagar guys little bistro, she's not a big fan!Anyways, glad ya'll had a great time and you made it back safe & sound, you definitely needed a getaway!...as Miss Monica will in the very near future I'm sure!

Hi N'awlins: I'm not on Facebook either (I suppose I should get on it one of these days), but if memory serves me right, I think Canyon Dancer posted a Linkypoo (as she called it ). under the Bubba's Drumming Hats thread with a link to all of the pictures from Brutus's journey out west to see us.Next trip for Monica and myself, is our trek to Hawaii in 3 weeks. We are really looking forward to that one (I have never been there) |
